1. Pricing plans
Free provides limited previews of selected works. Premium includes unlimited viewing of code, components and paid articles, with no per-item credit consumption.
Premium Quarterly: ¥6,500 per month equivalent, billed ¥19,500 every three months. Premium Yearly: ¥4,500 per month equivalent, billed ¥54,000 annually. All prices include tax.
The scraper is coming soon. AI, CLI and MCP are in preparation.
2. Automatic renewal
Quarterly subscriptions renew every three months and yearly subscriptions renew annually, unless cancelled before renewal. The full period is billed at signup and each renewal. Price or material term changes are announced before renewal.
3. Cancelling Premium
- You can cancel at any time before the next renewal.
- Use “Payment method, billing history and cancellation” on your account page, or contact info@tobira.studio and we will take it from there.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium viewing remains available until the end of the paid term.
- Cancelling mid-term does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
- Components you already acquired remain usable in existing work after cancellation.
4. Code access and legacy credits
Premium does not consume credits per item. Code requires an explicit unlock action; users can view their unlock history. Previous credit purchases retain their original terms and history.
5. Returns and refunds
Because access to digital content begins right after payment, no returns or refunds are given at the customer's request once access has started. Unused time on a subscription is not refunded pro rata, and expired credits are not refundable.
In the following cases, however, we will check the facts and refund. If the payment has not yet settled, we cancel the charge instead of refunding it.
- A duplicate charge for the same transaction
- A serious failure to deliver
- Any case where the law requires a refund
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment cannot be confirmed, we may ask you by email to check your payment method. If payment still cannot be confirmed, Premium access may be limited or suspended after the paid term.
Once payment is confirmed, we restore access promptly.
7. How to cancel or claim a refund
info@tobira.studio with your registered email address, your plan, the payment date and what you need. If you have a receipt number from the payment provider or anything else identifying the transaction, add it too — leaving out any confidential details.
We read what arrives and reply in turn. Where something needs investigating, an answer may take longer.
