Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal. Acquired components remain usable. Monthly credits carry through the following billing period, capped at twice the monthly credits. Purchased credits expire 180 days after purchase and are exempt from this cap. There are no automatic mid-period refunds.

No monthly subscription is required. Purchased credits expire 180 days after purchase.
The unit rate is the displayed purchase price divided by credits granted. Tax treatment and the final payment amount for top-ups will be confirmed before sales open.
Monthly plans
Monthly rates divide the pre-tax fee by monthly credits and assume all credits are used. If unused credits expire, the effective cost per credit used is higher.
Individual support, implementation and onboarding are not included. Change plans after your current subscription ends.
